Klassiq is currently accepting all of the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, & PayPal.
For your protection and security, all customer orders accepted via PayPal, but you are NOT required to have a PayPal account to complete your purchase! Simply click 'Don't have a PayPal account?' on the checkout page, and proceed by paying with your debit or credit card.
All orders ship within 2-3 business days, via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to each customer.
Shipment exempt days: weekends and holidays.
Klassiq ships within the USA, to Canada, and most international countries. Shipping rates are provided below.
*Tracking codes are included for Domestic orders only.
*All U.S. Express/Overnight orders must be placed by/before 3PM on the day before your package delivery is required.

Domestic/US Customers: Returns can be made within 7 days of product delivery; within 14 days for exchanges.
International Customers: Returns/Exchanges can be made within 21 days of product delivery.
If there is a problem with your item, be sure to contact us immediately! Requests for returns/exchanges must be documented and sent via email to returns@shopklassiq.com.
All merchandise must also be in it's original packaging, tagged, unsoiled and unworn to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
*Shipping charges are nonrefundable!
*Refunds take 3-5 business days to process within our company. Once a purchase has been refunded it can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to post to your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's policies and procedures.
Additional info for items being returned/exchanged:
- Must be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx delivery.
- Tracking codes are mandatory.
- Customer will be responsible for shipping expenses, unless the error was on our part.
- Original receipts should also be returned with your package.

Due to order frequency, some items are only available for 'pre-order'. After pre-ordering your item(s), the payment will immediately be deducted from your account and your order will be processed. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks from purchase date before your order is shipped.
*Domestic/US Customers: If your full order includes a mix of available and pre-order items, the available ones will be shipped immediately.

If an item is listed as 'back-order' it means that it is currently sold out, but we will be receiving a new shipment of that specific item soon (usually within a week).
All merchandise featured on the Klassiq website are priced based on the quality and trend of the item. In the rare event that we price an item incorrectly, we here at Klassiq reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order.
We stay on top of things as best we could so as stated before, this would of course be a very rare event!
