Payments
Klassiq is currently accepting all of the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, & PayPal.

Shipping
*All orders ship within 48hrs of purchase, via USPS. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to each customer. Shipment exempt days: weekends and holidays.

*We're open to shipping to any and all countries, so for inquiries on whether we can ship to you or not, plus shipping costs, email us at contact@shopklassiq.com

Returns/Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 10 days after product delivery (21 days for countries outside the U.S.). If there is a problem with your item, be certain to contact us right away. All merchandise must also be in it's original packaging, tagged, unsoiled and unworn to be eligible for a full refund.

Pre-Order Items
Due to order frequency, some items (mainly jewelry) are only available for 'pre-order'. After pre-ordering your items, the payment will immediately be deducted from your account and your order will be processed. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks from purchase date before your order is shipped.

*If your full order includes a mix of available and pre-order items, the available ones will be shipped immediately.

*Not all jewelry is pre-order. Read each item's description for details.

Back-Order Items
If an item is listed as 'back-order', it means that we will be receiving a new shipment of that item soon (usually within a week).

*Legal Stuff*
All merchandise featured on the Klassiq website are priced based on the quality and trend of the item. If we ever price an item incorrectly or , we here at Klassiq reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order. We stay on top of things as best we could, so this is of course a very rare event!
